I'm not getting what I'm doing wrong can some one help me to resolve this .. ThankYou..

Apparently you just need to setup android sdk files structure correctly.
i made this follow video showing the steps to follow.
The Video

or follow this steps:

  1. install flutter sdk and the java jdk and add theme to environment variables of your system.

  2. Head to https://developer.android.com/studio#command-tools and download the Command line tools only & Extract zip file to c:\ANDROID-SDK add it to environment variables ‘ANDROID_SDK_ROOT’ : "c:\ANDROID-SDK"

  3. Now open the following path in CMD "C:\ANDROID-SDK\cmdline-tools\bin"

  4. Run the command sdkmanager.bat "cmdline-tools;latest" --sdk_root=../../

  5. Now add this to your environment variables path "C:\ANDROID-SDK\cmdline-tools\latest\bin"

  6. next open CMD and install build-tools "sdkmanager.bat "build-tools;30.0.3"

  7. then platforms sdkmanager.bat "platforms;android-31"

  8. now run flutter config --android-sdk %ANDROID_SDK_ROOT%

  9. run flutter doctor --android-licenses and accept the licenses.

  10. Now go to your project run flutter build apk

hope this will help anyone having the same issue
